feat: add datVerifier and tests

- Añade `datVerifier` con `parseDat` y `verifyHashesAgainstDat`
- Añade tests y fixture XML para validar matching por CRC/MD5/SHA1/size
- Añade `fast-xml-parser` en `backend/package.json` (devDependency)
